Hospice Light Up A Life

The holiday season can be a difficult time for anyone missing a loved one. With this in mind, St. John’s Hospice and St. John’s Health Foundation invite you to join us for Light Up a Life to honor our patients and those who have passed.

Due to current restrictions, we are unable to host the Light Up a Life in-person program. We are, however, going to bring Light Up a Life to your home. 

Light Up a Life is a meaningful way to remember those who are no longer with us while providing essential support to the St. John’s Health Foundation Hospice Fund. Gifts from this event allow our dedicated and caring staff to meet the diverse needs of our hospice families, regardless of their ability to pay.

 If you would like to pay tribute to a special person, you can do this by:

♦  Adding their name to our online tribute page with a donation of $20 or more. The names will be published on this page after December 1 and updated continually.

♦  Writing a message of remembrance for your loved on the back side of our Light Up a Life ornament (pictured here). Ornaments are available with a donation of $100 or more.

♦  Listening to the uplifting songs from our curated Light Up a Life playlist.
