
Charles Fleischman
Chuck Fleischman is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is the former President, COO & CFO of Digene Corporation, where he created an emerging growth, biotechnology medical device company to develop, manufacture and commercialize molecular diagnostic tests for human infectious diseases and cancers. Digene changed medical practice and standards of care in cervical cancer screening and prevention. Mr. Fleischman has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Assurex Health, Cord Blood Research, One Lambda, Inc., and Dako. In the non-profit sector, Mr. Fleischman serves on the boards of the TEAMFund, WY. He has also served on the boards of the Institute for Health Studies and the Potomac Conservancy, American Alpine Club, and the Johns Hopkins School of Education. Mr. Fleischman graduated from Harvard College and obtained his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Harvard University Advanced Leadership Fellow.
Chuck has climbed, skied and rafted all over the world. He lives with his wife Lisa in Teton Village, WY and they raised their children outside Washington, DC.
Chuck has served as a Director of St. John’s Health Foundation since 2009.
